I bought the Hwahae Trial Reviewer because the reviews were good, and at first I thought it was just okay. But now that I've used up a whole bottle, I think it's really good! When it was on sale at Tmon, I think it was a 3+1 deal, so I'm glad I snatched that up. You probably know about damaged hair - the ends of my hair used to look a bit messy, split, and frizzy, but that's improved and my hair feels less dry. It also seems to tangle less when I brush it!
Cons
Since it's a pump bottle, it's a bit inconvenient to use in the shower. And as someone with an oily scalp, I did get a few pimples on the back of my neck and my scalp.
Tip
I apply it to my hair, especially the ends, when it's slightly damp, gently massaging it in. Then I let it sit for at least 5 minutes.

I updated the review after using it for 1 more week. I'm extremely satisfied, so I repurchased it after writing about 1/4 of the review. Just apply it and leave it for about 5 minutes, and it becomes incredibly soft. It doesn't just feel lightly soft, but deeply, solidly soft. I had bleached my hair once and it got damaged and tangled, but even the treatments weren't effective - this has become a holy grail product for me. After drying, it feels like my hair is coated in a thicker layer. This is the most satisfying hair treatment I've used so far.
Cons
The amount is a bit small, so I used it up quickly. If it came in a squeeze tube, it would be more convenient to use. At first, the scent is quite strong, but it's not overpowering once it dries.

I've tried a lot of hair treatments from brands like L'Oreal, but I always thought Kerasys was the best. The Kerasys I used before did make my hair softer, but the formula was quite thick and sticky, so I had to clean the bathtub thoroughly after using it. But surprisingly, the Zia Zia formula isn't thick and greasy at all, yet it still makes my hair super soft and smooth! My hair feels so incredibly soft and silky... I love it so much!
