I bought the product based solely on the Hwahae app and seller information, but when I received it, the ingredients listed on the back of the product were different. What is this? Is it not an authentic product, or was it reformulated in the meantime? I diligently searched for the ingredients, but I feel like I've been deceived.
The seller information did not list ethanol and triethanolamine, but when I received the product, ethanol was listed before the aloe vera ingredients, and triethanolamine was listed right after the aloe vera ingredients. I bought 3 of them, and I'm really upset.

Although I have not used it yet, I write this to prevent others like me from experiencing the same issue or to seek a resolution.

If I had to point out a downside, it's that just applying it once doesn't seem to be enough - the moisturizing effect is maximized when you keep layering it on. Applying it just once can actually make your skin feel a bit taut as the moisture evaporates, but if you apply another layer after that, it gets better.

I received it from an acquaintance who said it was good, and since the price was low, I thought it would be fine. I used it, even though I have dry and sensitive skin and can't use just anything. But there was no trouble, and it even had a soothing effect. I kept it within reach and applied it frequently throughout the winter, and I really liked it. My skin tone became brighter and more moisturized. Since it's inexpensive, I apply it generously without hesitation.

While it did make my skin feel calmed, it wasn't very effective for my acne. It seems to just provide moisture to the skin.

When cleansing, you can feel your skin becoming more moisturized if you squeeze out a lot of the foam cleanser and aloe gel and use a mesh puff to gently scrub. I think this is a quick and versatile method.

I bought it thinking that the many good ingredients for various skin types would soothe my troubles, but it was actually less effective than the Happy Bath soothing gel I bought on sale. When I apply it, I sometimes feel like it's not helping with the cystic and closed comedone breakouts, and it even seems to be enlarging the size of the pimples. I'm currently using 4 different aloe soothing gels, and the only difference is that my skin has gotten much worse lately.

Compared to other soothing gels, it has the advantage of a larger volume and a relatively affordable price, as well as good ingredients that allow it to be used for a long time. The aloe fragrance is nice. If you leave it in a cool, well-lit place, you can use it right away without putting it in the refrigerator.

After applying the aloe gel, wait for it to be fully absorbed before moving on to the next cream. It's so great that way~!!

Everything is good, but it's a bit disappointing that there are fragrances in the ingredients. The formula is thin and runny in the large container, so using it with my hands is a bit ㅋㅋ hygienically concerning. Other than that, it's the best!

Since I had the heater on all day at the office during the winter, my skin became too dry and I developed fine wrinkles and skin troubles.
