This is a lotion that I've been using for a very long time. It's been over a year now. I suffered from seborrheic dermatitis and contact dermatitis, but this was the only lotion I could use. Before using this, I used a zero-oid soothing cream, but it was a bit too oily, so I switched to this lotion and it suits me better. However, when it's hot or I sweat a lot, I still need to blot it with oil-absorbing paper. It also helps to strengthen my skin barrier.
Cons
It's a shame that it doesn't come in a small, affordable size. It's too much for just the face... The stearic acid is clogging my pores, causing constant breakouts. I had atopic dermatitis and this product was great because it didn't cause as much redness.
Cons
It was really, really drying. I have oily skin but it was just so dry. And it has pore-clogging ingredients, so I kept getting milia and blackheads just kept appearing. Ugh... this product was just not good for me at all. So now I'm just using it on my body.

I'm in my early 30s, with acne-prone and dehydrated, oily skin. I tried samples of Zero Eid Intensive and Pimple Boost, and the soothing lotion was the best fit for my face. I applied the soothing lotion in thin layers, 2-3 times, which worked much better than using a thicker cream. Although it has some pore-clogging ingredients, I tried the 4 sample packets and it worked well for me, so I ended up purchasing 2 full-size bottles. I'm also using the calming ampoule along with it.
Cons
A single use didn't provide enough moisture. The lack of sales is a downside. As it has pore-clogging ingredients, I'm a bit worried about long-term use for my oily skin.

I still don't know what this is, but it has a peculiar white film-like texture that feels matte and powdery.
