It has absolutely no stickiness, absorbs smoothly, and is easy to apply.
Cons
I've been using it for 4 bottles now, and if I had to point out a downside, it's that the moisture doesn't last very long. But it's not too heavy or too light either, so it's very useful if your skin isn't extremely dry. :) However, I use a different product for my back and chest area as they have inflammatory skin conditions. I really like using this product everywhere else!

As for tips, there aren't any. After turning 30, the best thing for body products is to apply them generously and without holding back to keep your skin from getting dry. :)
