The lotion-type formula is readily absorbed and has a pleasant fragrance. I had previously avoided hair oils as they sometimes caused skin irritation, but this product has not caused any issues so far.

Hwahae is great for hair that has suffered from dyeing and perming! Haha My hair ends have become increasingly difficult to brush... I started using it because I need to grow my hair out for a wedding, and I'm already on my third bottle! Haha It's better to use Hwahae together with oil products rather than just the essence alone!
