It doesn't lather much, so I end up using more than I'd like. The high price is also a bit of a drawback.

I've tried every shampoo recommended for severe seborrheic dermatitis, but after discovering this product and using it for about 3 weeks, I've noticed a significant reduction in itching and fewer scalp flakes.
