My hair is very fine, and after living in Europe for a long time using hard water, it became quite damaged and I started experiencing hair loss. Perms wouldn't take well, and it was difficult to manage. My scalp would smell and get oily if I didn't wash it for just one day. So, I tried various products and ended up buying this volume shampoo along with the scalp and normal versions from the same brand. I used them interchangeably depending on the situation. The volume shampoo has a medium consistency and lathers really well. After rinsing, my scalp felt refreshed. After using this, I noticed my hair strands became thicker and I even got more baby hairs, which I liked. I was shocked after checking the ingredient list on Hwahae. There were too many unfavorable ingredients. I used up one bottle, but I won't be using the volume shampoo anymore. From now on, I'll make sure to check the ingredients on the Hwahae app before purchasing. Also, the fragrance is quite strong, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who dislike strong scents! I'm not sure if it's related, but I started getting some unexplained bumps along my hairline and neck. They're not quite pimples, but they're slightly itchy. They do get better if I rinse more carefully, but it's still concerning.
