The scent is a mild lemon fragrance, which is just perfect. It comes in a balm form, but it melts with body heat and transforms into an oil-like texture that absorbs well into the skin with minimal stickiness. Although it's a cuticle cream, I found it works well on any dry areas of the body. I'm also really pleased with its compact size, making it easy to slip into my bag.
ConsSome people say you can apply it to the ends of your hair, but I wouldn't recommend that as it might make your hair greasy. I'd suggest using it only on your body.

The texture is best described as buttery. Gently melt it with your fingers and apply it to your cuticles or hangnails, and they'll calm right down. While it doesn't work miracles overnight, consistent use can tame unruly cuticles. You can layer it on multiple times without it feeling sticky, and it absorbs well, leaving a protective feeling on your skin. In these times when we're washing our hands frequently, and during dry seasons, I can't think of a better product.
ConsSince you need to gently rub it with your fingers to apply, the surface can get a bit messy. It also tends to attract dust. The formula is sensitive to indoor temperatures - it solidifies slightly when it's cool and melts a bit when it's warm indoors.

I don't usually pay much attention to cuticle removal, but this product worked well for me. My cuticles don't tend to get messy, so I found this to be a solid, no-fuss option. I was initially worried that it might leave a slippery feeling on my fingers, but that wasn't the case at all. After application, it absorbs quickly without any stickiness. The refreshing lemon scent makes it a pleasure to use, and I find myself reaching for it more often.
ConsThere weren't really any downsides to speak of. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that because it's in a balm form, you might be slightly less inclined to use it compared to a tube-type product.
TipI've seen some reviews mentioning it's difficult to use, but here's a tip: Instead of rubbing and melting the balm, try scraping the surface with your nail (please refer to the photo). This method is more convenient and hygienic than trying to melt the balm with your fingers.

You'll definitely notice a difference when you stop using it - your skin will feel rough. It absorbs surprisingly quickly and the amount is generous. It'll last a while. I love that it's not an oil type, so it doesn't run. Great stuff!
ConsThe packaging is super inconvenient. It can be really frustrating at times. While it's easy to carry around, it's not user-friendly. I'd strongly recommend a tube version instead. Don't expect dramatic results... It's more of a 'let's just keep my skin hydrated' kind of product.
TipI stocked up using Coupang Global for a great deal. It's also nice to do a group buy with friends.
