Pros
I thought this was a good change, as my skin became more moisturized and felt less irritated, with a smooth application and good layering during the day.
Cons
However, I use the entire Mary Kay line, and since I have thin skin, I didn't realize it and also did deep exfoliation, which led to irritant dermatitis where my skin was peeling off and it was very difficult. I took medication and it improved, but I'm still using Mary Kay and feel uneasy about the ingredients. Even without using the exfoliating product, my skin sometimes feels a bit like it's shedding, and I'm not sure if that's due to the Mary Kay products.

Still, after using the full Mary Kay line for over a year, my skin has had both improvements and worsening, so I'm unsure whether to recommend it or not... But if you have thin skin, definitely don't do any kind of deep exfoliation. Other than that, it seems okay.
