Pros
I was a bit surprised when the product arrived, as the size was much smaller than I expected based on the great reviews online. However, I've found that it's really helpful, especially when I have breakouts - the acne calms down quickly. And the whitening effect is no joke, my friend even secretly uses it sometimes because she likes it so much.
Cons
The texture is definitely thick and sticky. I find it applies better if I use it after applying lotion, otherwise it's really hard to spread. But overall, it's still a great product.

Pros
When applied, it brightens the skin tone. When you wake up the next morning, your skin looks radiant until you wash your face.
Cons

Pros
The soothing effect is great! And the scars have definitely faded!!! I bought it on a friend's recommendation and I'm using my second bottle now. At first, I was disappointed because I had expected a too dramatic effect, but compared to when I didn't use it, it's definitely different. Especially when I had a breakout, when my face was all red and swollen!! If I went to bed without applying it, the pimple I had yesterday would have gotten bigger, or the area I had squeezed would be all bumpy and scarred... But if I apply it generously and go to bed, I can feel it calming down by the next day. It can't completely get rid of old acne scars, but if I keep using it consistently, they've faded a lot, and I find myself not even worrying about them anymore! Also, if I apply it thinly, it has a whitening effect, which is nice!

The spreadability is a bit... but I've found a way to deal with that!
Tip
I'm sure you already know this, but I'll leave it here anyway! I mix it with a creamy moisturizer when I apply it! That way, it becomes creamier and I don't get any pilling or clumping, and I can get the toning, soothing, and scar-reducing effects. I'm oily-skinned, so I don't like anything that's even a little bit greasy, but this time I mixed the Innisfree Superfood line blueberry cream, and it's a complete synergy, it's amazing. This cream gets absorbed really quickly and disappears, so it wasn't great to use on its own. But since it gets absorbed so fast, when I mixed it with the Cicaful cream, it got absorbed even quicker and just seemed to melt into my face, it felt so comfortable. Somehow, my skin looks even better. I just applied it and felt so refreshed, so I'm leaving an enthusiastic review!♥

At first, I was surprised by the volume, but as I used it, my acne subsided a lot and my face became much whiter.
