Pros
Normally, when I use a sheet mask, it would leave a sticky residue after removing it, but this mask felt like it was completely absorbed instead of being sticky!! And my skin didn't feel at all tight either! The redness on my cheeks was very intense, but after applying and removing the mask, the redness had significantly subsided, which was great.
Cons
I couldn't find any particularly disappointing aspects 😊 However, if I had to pick one, I would say that while I personally enjoy a very refreshing and chilling sensation when applying a mask, this particular one didn't feel quite as cool and invigorating.

Pros
Since I have dry skin, I use face masks very often, but personally I recommend the Houttuynia cordata essence for oily skin types. The essence is not sticky or heavy, and it's light, so it seems to suit dry skin well in the summer. For moisture or oily skin, it seems to work well. As a dry-skinned person, I found the moisture and moisturizing power to be slightly lacking, so I deducted one star.
Cons
I'm not sure if the sheet masks of Eoseongcho Fit and Aqua Fit are different, or if the sheets are the same but the essence formulas are different. The Eoseongcho Fit seemed to fit my face line less tightly compared to the Aqua Fit, and the area between my eyes and nose felt a bit loose, which was disappointing.
Tip
After doing a face mask, I apply the remaining essence in the package back onto my face, and then use a device machine to manage it one more time. On the days I do a face mask, I always see a double-barreled effect!

This is my absolute favorite pack.. When I have breakouts, I use this and wake up the next day and can clearly see that the breakouts have calmed down! The ingredients are gentle and the effects are great - it's a real two-for-one. Even for those with oily skin, it doesn't feel too sticky or greasy! After absorption, there is little sticky feeling, which I like. The sheet has a slight thickness, but the adhesion is good compared to the thickness, so it was not uncomfortable.
