When I used other shampoos, my hair would get tangled and broken, and I would lose a handful of hair every time I washed it. But after using this product, the hair loss has definitely decreased. The fragrance is also subtly pleasant, and most importantly, my hair feels soft and smooth even without using a separate conditioner.
ConsThe downside is that for people with short hair (like a short cut), the conditioning effect can make their hair feel greasy (?) compared to regular shampoos. My 60-year-old mother said that when she used this shampoo, it felt sticky (?) to her, so she stopped using it.
TipFor people with long hair, I highly recommend this! Don't use a separate conditioner, and just lightly apply a hair serum/oil to the ends before styling.

The fragrance is like getting salon care~! According to my husband, it's so soft that he doesn't even need to use a rinse or conditioner. (For short hair like men's, you can use it alone without a conditioner.) Noticeable reduction in hair loss.
ConsSomewhat expensive, with no promotions at all :(
TipIf you use the regular shampoo for 2-3 days and then use the balancing hair loss shampoo on the other days, you can save money by using it economically~

I had a lot of buildup on my scalp, but after using it consistently for about 3 weeks, it all disappeared...
ConsWhile it helps control oil, it can make your hair feel a bit dry and rough, so you should use it with a hair conditioner or hair mask.
