This product stands out from other cover products. The coverage is good, and even as time passes, it maintains a soft, fluffy feel. It looks smooth and has a powdery effect without feeling dry. I've bought 3 other products, but I've come back to this one and stocked up on two more. I wonder when I'll finish using them all! Those who prefer a more radiant finish may be disappointed. It's a shame there are no reviews. There are no dry patches around the sides of the nose. - cd*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedNov 20, 2019
Skin Type: Dry (Autumn/Winter) These days, my skin has been too dry, so I was using a blackhead remover and was looking for a more moisturizing cushion. This is the one I found. 1. The coverage is medium. 2. The serum in the middle is a perfect match for me, so I bought it. It's cute how the serum is embedded in the center. 3. It can be used comfortably during the autumn and winter. It helps control oil. 1. It's more matte than I expected. Not as much as Hera, but it's still fine. 2. It's better to apply the serum and then use the cushion. 1. It's best to apply the serum and the Origin cream before using it. That's why it makes you want to buy the whole line.^^ 2. I have a medium skin tone, and the 21 shade works well for me. It's not too bright. - li*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresAug 5, 2019
I have dry skin type 22 and have a few small pores, with a few larger pores on my nose and cheeks. This is a cushion that was given to me as a gift. I was curious about the popular Neogen Dermalogy Pore-Tight Serum, and since it contains a serum, I expected it to be moisturizing when I used it. The sponge has a cute pill-like design on it. A small amount can cover my face, so I don't use it up quickly. The serum was supposed to make it moisturized, but it's really, really, really dry and the flakiness is just insane.. (the flakiness is really bad;;) I used it in April and it was too dry, and even now in the middle of summer in July-August, it's still dry haha I think oily skin types should use it, but it's also ambiguous because my skin expression is dry, but it applies smoothly and feels a bit sticky(?) on my face...;; Oily skin types probably won't like it.. The longevity is.. Well, I have dry skin, so most foundations last a good 4-5 hours (semi-matte standard) for me, but this one starts darkening after just 2 hours... After doing my makeup, eating a meal, and looking in the mirror, my face has become dull..wow.. It's quite yellow-toned, and the sponge's cushion is even more yellow, so it's overall too yellow. I'm a 21 shade, and it seems like a natural 21, but for me who's a 22, it makes me look just about the right radiant. But as I mentioned earlier, the darkening is just insane, so while it looks radiant right after application, 2 hours later my face looks as dull and dark as a tired person. Many people say the coverage is good, but honestly, I'm not sure. When I apply this, my skin looks even more uneven, so the coverage feels ambiguous.. It seems to cover redness, but doesn't seem to cover spots or dullness very well. I think it's because the shade has a lot of yellow in it..! In the summer, I don't have much redness, so I don't know about the redness coverage. ...Most surprisingly, the pore-emphasizing power!!!! I was really shocked. I don't have completely invisible pores, but overall my pores are small, with just a few larger ones on my cheeks and nose area.. First of all, the large pores are not covered at all, and the small pores are covered, but end up being even more emphasized...;;; *Overall evaluation* A cushion that's ambiguous for both oily and dry skin? Dry skin types won't be able to use it because it's too dry..ㅜ Oily skin types might not like it either due to the matte finish, powdery feel, and this strange sticky sensation when touched, along with the pore-emphasizing power. It seems they made this cushion ambiguous for both skin types.. I'm curious who the target audience was supposed to be. I just use it when I go out for a while in front of my house. After August, it becomes dry and I can't use it, so I'll just use it until August and throw it away... This one costs 35,000 won.. If I had paid for it, I would have felt like I wasted my money ㅠㅠ - aa******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 15, 2019
My skin tends to be quite flaky, but this product is wonderful. It provides excellent coverage and has a moisturizing effect, so there's no flakiness, and the coverage lasts even with prolonged use. The tone is neither too bright nor too dark - it seems just right. Since it's a single-use product, there's no refill option, so you have to buy the full-size product again once it's used up. While they do have sales, if it sells out, you may not be able to get it. For severe acne, you'd still need to use a concealer to cover it, so those hoping the product alone would hide their acne may be disappointed. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 16, 2019
I had some blemish and redness on my face, but the coverage wasn't too bad. I used the base products from the brand, and they said the cushion foundation came out, so I bought the cushion foundation when my previous one ran out. The ad said there was essence in the center, so it would help with moisture and coverage, but it just didn't seem to work for my skin. After using the cushion, my skin felt even drier, and my makeup would just come off. I didn't have that issue with other cushions I've used before. The cushion foundation didn't impress me much. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 27, 2019
The coverage is better than other cushions. That's the only one ㅠㅠ So it's naturally heavy. It's overwhelming to correct ㅜㅜ It turns yellowish, so it's good to mix with other foundations - 72******Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedMar 19, 2019
My skin is very dehydrated and combination, and I'm in my mid-30s. I prioritize long-lasting coverage over coverage itself, and since my skin is sensitive, I need a product that won't cause any breakouts. I've been using the same brand for years, but then I tried the Hwahae Trial Reviewer serum and fell in love with it. I've switched to the Natural Pacific Origins skin and serum, and when their cushion foundation came out, I immediately purchased it. The coverage is amazing, and I was worried the longevity would be poor, but it's actually quite long-lasting. And most importantly, I haven't had any breakouts. My skin looks smoother and more refined. I was hoping for a cushion that would be hydrating and leave my skin looking smooth, but this one is more powdery and has good coverage, which isn't exactly what I was looking for. For those of you with severely dehydrated skin like mine, make sure to build a good skincare routine first, and then apply the cushion foundation lightly for the best results. - su********Dry SkinSensitive SkinMar 8, 2019
The coverage is great. Among the cushions I've used so far, this was the best. However, the makeup gets quite thick as a result. Personally, I don't like makeup that gets too thick. The application is also smooth and blends well. That's about the good points. I usually prefer products with good coverage, but I don't like the 'floating face' look that this gives ㅜㅜ The coverage was very good, but adjustment of the amount is needed. If you apply it like a regular cushion, it becomes a Kabuki-style makeup. And the makeup gets too thick, so this cushion doesn't suit me personally. Even after thoroughly applying the base and then the cushion, by the afternoon it gets quite crumpled and my pores are all visible.. I wasn't a fan. I can't throw away the cushion I've already bought.. So this is how I'm using it. I apply my usual Estée Lauder foundation first, and then dab on just a small amount of the cushion like a concealer, especially around my cheeks. Using only a small amount, the makeup doesn't get too thick. - 0_*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2019
While I haven't tried many different products, I found the embossed serum design inside to be quite cute. I bought this cushion after hearing good things about the serum, but it was really disappointing. I have combination skin with an oily T-zone, and I don't usually have trouble finding products that work for me, but this one caused a lot of small pimples to break out on my face. They claim it has good lasting power, but after about 2 hours, it starts to look messy and breaks down in my pores. It seems really drying, and even when I use a good skincare base and apply the cushion, my face feels like it's going to crack. I definitely won't be using this again. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 23, 2019
At first, the spreadability is wow~~! And the inner appearance is wow~~!! The end~~!!!! I bought it without looking at Hwahae, and it turns out there are more than 5 not-so-good ingredients. I wonder if that's why it happened. This product, which I thought would be moisturizing, is actually matte. And it gradually becomes less fluffy and drier. I tried it once on my sister's recommendation, and since I'm sensitive, as time goes by, especially the cheek area starts to feel itchy and bumpy~~ And while some say it has good lasting power, in my personal experience, the lasting power is... hmm... I think it's a bit weak.
