I bought this at the supermarket for around $6 because it caught my eye, and its cleansing effectiveness is excellent. It smells great and lathers well. There's no skin tightness, and it leaves your skin feeling moisturized. I love the soft, fresh feeling it gives. What's especially great is that you don't need a separate first cleanse. It removes light eye makeup in one go, except for mascara. No need for a separate makeup remover. It's perfect for lazy people like me. Even though I have oily, acne-prone skin, I didn't have any issues. (It doesn't clog pores or cause major blemishes.) By the way, for acne-prone skin, I think an emulsion-based skincare routine is important...
ConsIt might cause a tingling sensation if used with other cleansing products. Be careful with facial soaps or other cleansers! It's fine with lip and eye makeup removers though.
TipUse about a thumbnail-sized amount of the cleansing foam to wash your entire face (including eye makeup). For any remaining mascara, use an eye makeup remover to clean thoroughly, then do a second cleanse with a small amount (about pinky nail-sized) of the foam for a perfect cleanse. When washing a bare face without makeup, just a tiny amount is more than enough.
