ConsThe stickiness is way too much! It's so sticky that after using it post-shower, I feel like I need to shower again. The sticky feeling is unbearable. The opening where you put your hand keeps tearing. It's expensive for the amount you get. For me, the stickiness is the absolute worst. Even after it dries, it remains sticky, making me want to wash it off again. After trying it a few times, I ended up throwing it away because I couldn't use it anymore. It really stings when applied to areas with blemishes.

That's my situation too - which is why I don't exfoliate and avoid using shower towels. Recently, my atopic dermatitis has flared up badly, so I've been wondering if it's a hydration issue or a problem with my cleanser or emulsion. I'm in the process of changing everything. While this product is heavily advertised on social media, Hwahae says it has good ingredients. The reviews also mention that people with sensitive skin or atopic dermatitis have used it without irritation, so I decided to give it a try.
ConsThe pad has two sides, and one of them is extremely rough. It stings where it touches the skin, and since you have to rub each area individually with this small pad, it takes a long time. By the time you finish, the moisture has evaporated from other parts of your skin. One of the key points of moisturizing is to apply a moisturizer quickly after showering, and in that aspect, I found this product lacking. Also, when it comes to dead skin cell removal, I know that they come off easily when the skin is slightly damp, and the dark residue you see when rubbing the skin with a pad can be achieved with any regular emulsion. So in my experience, it felt like I was just using a yellow exfoliating towel with some essence on it. This might be a good product for those with resilient skin. I just used it and came out feeling a burning sensation on my skin, so I'm cooling off with a fan right now. Despite my small build, I used 6 pads trying to be economical, and I can't help but think it's overpriced.
TipFor those with sensitive skin, I recommend only using the soft side of the pad and applying a separate moisturizer afterwards. Use it as you would apply a skin emulsion to your face.
