Firstly, it significantly improved scalp flakiness and redness, while soothing itchiness. Secondly, it noticeably reduced dryness and tangling, restoring shine to my hair, though not completely. Thirdly, as someone with sensitive airways who only uses fragrance-free products, I appreciate this shampoo's incredibly subtle scent - even milder than a light rose fragrance. It doesn't irritate my respiratory system at all. Fourthly, it produces rich, soft lather with excellent cleansing power.
