It only took 3 seconds to apply, and at first it felt soft and moisturizing, but then it quickly hardened like foundation and became impossible to spread. I knew this might happen, so I tried to apply it in small amounts and pat it in, but it just stuck to my skin and wouldn't absorb. I had to wear a mask for my skin condition, so I only applied it to my forehead, cheeks, and chin area, but it just clung there and wouldn't blend in no matter how much I patted it. I have to admit, the adhesion is impressive, but that's not what I wanted. It's not like I didn't try to work it into my skin - it just wouldn't absorb at all and ended up looking cakey. I'm so frustrated, this is a disaster. If I tried to really work it in to get it to absorb, I think it would just damage my skin. I ended up giving away the hair oil sample because I was so disappointed, and now even this sunscreen is a letdown.

I recently used the sample hair oil I received when I bought it, but it caused me to develop contact dermatitis, so I'm looking for a sunscreen that will properly adhere. I just applied it and it felt heavy and awkward, so I'm leaving a review.

The only downside is that it can look a bit uneven when layered, but if you apply it thinly and pat it in, it's fine.
