It doesn't have a glossy shine, but rather a subtle luster that makes lips look beautiful. However, it's not particularly moisturizing.

Cool-toned personal color folks, give this a try - it's not a total miss. If you're clueless about makeup, I highly, highly recommend this! You need to find the sweet spot between too dark and too light. One or two swipes for a fresh-faced look, six or seven swipes to match with light makeup. The key is finding that perfect balance.
