It was very moisturizing and I don't really like strong scents, but it wasn't overpowering and had a subtle fragrance that I liked! My lips were dry and had a lot of flaky skin, but after exfoliating and applying this, it felt great.
Cons
The only downside is that it contains fragrance, so I'm not 100% assured about it.
Tip
I find that if I apply it right after showering, while my lips are still a bit damp, and do it within 30 seconds, it's less drying.

Those who don't like super thick and creamy lip balms will probably really like this one. It has a nice strawberry-like fruity scent that many will enjoy. 🍓 I also prefer lip balms with taller lids like this one, as they are less likely to get lost. I use this one regularly and it's been great. 😍 The fact that it's a colorless lip balm is also a big plus, as it's very convenient to use. While colored lip balms can sometimes be inconvenient, I've been using this one really well. 👍👍👍
