I've been using a small amount or applying it all over my face on days when I need soothing, but I don't really feel a noticeable calming effect, though it is a product used in esthetics, so I just keep using it. (I'm originally a bit dull and don't tend to feel things strongly)
Cons
For those with dry skin, you can apply a moisturizing cream on top of the Trouble Calming Spot Cream.
Tip
I also mix it into my cream packs to use. I use it in the order of serum - cream 15 - moisturizer. It's said to be good for use after hair removal or blemish extraction to soothe the skin.
