It's also effective in preventing acne. But what I liked the most was the wonderful fragrance. I've read some reviews saying it's too strong, but I personally loved the aromatic scent and even went out of my way to look for products with that aroma component.
ConsFirst of all, the price is a bit burdensome. And there's no dramatic effect. It absorbs a bit slowly, and if you apply too much, it can feel stuffy.
TipIt seems important to make sure it absorbs well.

It's a slightly heavier moisture cream type, not as light as a gel. The scent is quite strong and can be polarizing. Even those who are not usually sensitive to scents may need to consider it, as it is quite potent. However, it is a pleasant, comforting aromatic scent and not unpleasant. While it's not as powerful as a cica product, it does have a mild calming effect. (If you're looking for truly powerful calming and regenerating effects, you'd be better off with a more affordable cica product. Get that one twice!)
Cons-The effects are quite mild...Even if you slather on the cream and wake up, everyone's skin will improve a little, but that's about it...It's frustrating to have spent a lot of money and waited excitedly, though it's not the creator's fault (Soyou) at all. Even with my dry skin, most creams work, but this one is also quite drying...Dry skin types definitely need to use a moisture ampoule or a very emollient cream on top. Compared to other regenerating creams in balm or ointment form, this is too thin and just evaporates quickly (no intense, enveloping sensation). Instead of feeling soothed, I have more of a 'Ah...the scent is luxurious and healing, but something is missing' kind of feeling. It's like buying an expensive perfume to put on your skin.
TipAfter reading other reviews, it seems this pairs really well with the Juvenil? product. Since I've already spent the money, I plan to try them together. The best place to purchase is through a direct import site (using Euros).

The best part is that it has become more well-known, making it a little easier to purchase!! In the past, it was only available through dermatologists and direct purchases.... I used to buy it from an employee at the dermatologist's office at the employee price, but the price difference was no joke... But these days, it's great that it's available at the Lotte Duty-Free store, where I can buy it at a really cheap price!! This product is the best for people with acne or skin troubles!! It helps clear up troubles quickly, and almost prevents them from appearing!! Although the price is a bit steep, the 15 Cream is a product I'm very fond of, as I've ended up coming back to it after trying other products.
ConsThe main downsides are that there are no official retail stores, and the price is quite steep. Oh, and when you first apply it, there's a bit of a stuffy feeling (but that goes away if you pat it on gently a few times). Another issue is that you can't purchase the larger, dermatologist-sized product separately.
TipIf you don't have acne or troubles all over your face, it's best to just dab it on the problem areas or spots that tend to break out, gently patting it in. And for the areas where the troubles are really severe, apply it more thickly. Also, unless you're using the Yongka 93 product, you'll need to follow up with a moisturizer after applying this.
