I absolutely adore the dazzling, shimmery effect!
ConsFirst off, it comes with a built-in brush, but it was a bit too harsh for my sensitive skin, which was somewhat disappointing.

If you want to try out pretty glitter at an affordable price, I definitely recommend this!
ConsThe built-in brush is really not good. It starts to come apart after opening and closing it a few times, making it inconvenient to use.

It's a great product for daily use and as a point makeup item. As a glitter enthusiast who loves trying various types, I bought this out of curiosity. I got shade #2 Champagne Parts. The good points: (Personally, if you want that full-on idol-style under-eye makeup, I'd recommend 3CE Eye Switch Double Note for its larger pearl particles.) Comparing the two, Double Note has more large particles, which can look messy if not applied carefully and may need touch-ups. This Holika #2 Champagne Parts is less overwhelming, with a mix of medium to large particles that look good even with a quick application. The color isn't too bright, more of a gold-beige, so it works well not just under the eyes but also on the eyelids. The built-in brush picks up a good amount of product. The staying power is decent, not amazing but not bad. (This is both a pro and a con - it's easy to blend, but some particles may fall off or fade over time.) Compared to 3CE Double Note, which sticks like glue!
ConsCons: There are more small particles than large ones. The light reflection is just so-so, to be honest. It has an unpleasant glue-like smell. The built-in brush is quite stiff, making it uncomfortable to apply, especially under the eyes. At around 10,000 won, it's not really worth it... unless it's on sale, then it's great! You must use a point makeup remover to take it off (which can be a hassle).
TipPersonally, I prefer using a separate tip brush to apply it, dabbing it on in small dots. This technique results in a cleaner makeup look and a brighter, more polished under-eye area.
