Clean silicone tip. Noticeable but not overwhelming presence. Great value for money... It's an adorably pretty glitter. The color isn't too vibrant, and I love its transparent, clear look even more. I wanted to use it on my aegyo sal, but since I don't have much of it, I use it as a point on my eyelids or inner corners. It looks beautiful when applied along the double eyelid line just above the iris. The silicone tip allows for clean application without any splitting.
ConsIt can be challenging to pick up individual large glitter pieces. It also takes some time for the glitter to settle in place.

It contains both fine and large shimmer particles, but the thin applicator tip makes it easy to place the larger particles precisely. It's also great for controlling the amount applied under the eyes. The color isn't a solid orange, but rather transparent with orange particles that create the color. This makes it easy to adjust the intensity by layering with the applicator tip. A thin layer gives a subtle sparkle, while multiple layers build up to a deeper orange hue.
ConsThe thin applicator tip can split, so be careful not to let it get into your eyes.
TipShade 23 is warm-toned, but whether you're warm-toned or not, if you combine orange and pink eyeshadows on your lids, this product can pull everything too warm and look unflattering. To use this effectively, either do an all-warm eye look, or balance between warm and cool tones in your eye makeup (i.e., stick to pink if using pink, or orange if using orange). It seems to work well as a color to tone down and harmonize the overall look.
