The gel texture feels like playing with slime, which was quite enjoyable. When applied, the pearls are scattered so sparsely that you might wonder if you've applied anything at all, giving it a rather natural look. It's a decent product overall. The staying power is also pretty good. One application isn't noticeable. Maybe my expectations were too high... I'm quite disappointed. I was torn between buying this or Stila, and I ended up getting this. After using it, I went and bought Stila too. This highlighter isn't suitable for those who prefer a more dramatic look. Applying it twice gives you a natural highlighter effect.

I chose these two colors to attempt some contouring... haha! While I may not have achieved my original goal, I'm still very satisfied because the colors are so beautiful! It has a slight peachy tone! If you layer it on, it takes on a bit more of an orange hue. The texture is so fine that it glides on smoothly even when applied with fingers! It looks truly gorgeous on the eyelids too... It gives off a holographic-like effect! Great value for money! A few downsides: True to its 'jelly' name, it applies with a slightly tacky texture and doesn't fully set to a matte finish. This might be a hit or miss for some! It's a bit sticky, so there's a chance your hair might get caught in it... Other than that, no complaints! I don't have any groundbreaking tips, but because it's such a pretty peachy highlighter, I like to dab a little bit over my blush! Just on the cheekbones, mind you. If you apply too much, you might end up looking like a walking hologram... instant party star status! Also, because the particles are so fine, if you want that subtle 'lit-from-within' glow, try applying a small amount with your fingers and then blending it out with a brush for a wider, more diffused effect!
