This is the lip balm of my dreams... I might use it for life. As someone with unexplained dermatitis on my lips who constantly relies on steroid ointments, this product has been a game-changer. It calmed my symptoms dramatically! I've been able to go much longer between ointment applications. I've never experienced such effects from a lip balm before. It has a cooling effect that helps soothe redness and swelling. The hydration is fantastic, and best of all, it's not sticky at all. The ingredients are gentle too. I think I'll be using this forever... When I first used it, the top layer just sliced off. It's not exactly broken, but a thin layer separated like sliced ham. I was surprised, but I've seen other bloggers mention the same issue. It might be because the product is quite soft. You really need to use it sparingly, twisting up just a tiny bit at a time. I'm someone whose lips get chapped really easily! The cooling sensation is amazing! It has a refreshing peppermint scent! As soon as you apply it, you feel this wonderful coolness. It's not overly intense, just the right amount of refreshing feeling, which I absolutely love! I'm a big fan of this kind of cooling sensation. The hydration could be better. It transfers onto masks too easily. If left unused for a while, it separates and a watery oil-like substance comes out... ugh.
