Surprisingly, even though this mask didn't directly touch my eyes, the evaporating essence and fragrance alone caused my eyes to become bloodshot. I do have dry eyes which makes them sensitive, but others who've tried this mask also complained about eye irritation, so it's not just me. The cosmetics seem a bit harsh on the skin.
