When applied, it feels just like a primer. The lip wrinkles disappear and it becomes smooth, but it doesn't look shiny. Instead, it has a matte finish. It also feels more moisturizing than a cooling product.
Cons

This is a must-have item for me due to my chapped lips or atopic dermatitis. It's also quite decent and nice! Since it doesn't have a glossy finish, it's actually better for everyday use! The texture is like applying a velvety balm on the lips, and while applying a thick layer can feel a bit stuffy, compared to a night pack, it gives a protective feeling for my cracked lips. I'm fairly satisfied with it.

The texture can be divisive. There is a sense of stuffiness. It's better for daily use in a thin layer rather than as an intensive night pack!
