I only used this product for bathing and rinsing, and after towel-drying, my skin didn't feel squeaky clean. This means I might not need to apply an emulsion in summer. Although it's a bubble bath product, it emphasizes oil ingredients. However, you don't see an oily film or oil particles on the water surface. Instead, it turns the water milky white, like rice water. When I used another brand's oil bath before, I could see oil particles on the water surface, and after draining, the bathtub walls were slippery, requiring soap cleaning. This product doesn't have that issue, which is great. The scent is also subtle. The consistency and texture of the bubbles are different from adult bubble baths. The foam isn't too strong, giving a gentle impression.
ConsWhile I'm satisfied with it as an all-in-one wash and bath product... I bought this product for bubble play as the name suggests. However, it produces less foam than even regular baby body wash, and the bubbles aren't dense and don't last long. I mentioned above that I liked the gentle feel of the bubbles, but when buying a bubble bath line, not just a regular wash, is it right to judge the gentleness of the bubbles? Even for a baby/kids product, I think this doesn't make sense. These products are meant for occasional play, and I believe they should produce bubbles easily and last long to serve their purpose. Of course, I might have used too little, but without guidelines for recommended amounts based on water level, I'm not sure how much to use. I used about 30ml, more than one pump of body wash, thinking it might need more. At a low water level, it produced bubbles, but as the water level increased, the bubbles decreased. When I added more product, the bubbles disappeared even more, turning the water milky like a bath powder. For reference, this review is based on using it in an Ofuro bathtub filled to the brim, which isn't even a large tub. Well... I can't recommend it as a bubble bath product.
TipIf you have a child with dry skin and want to avoid squeaky clean baths from using regular wash, this product would be great to use as a bath powder. It combines bathing and washing conveniently, with good moisturizing properties that won't burden dry skin. It should work well.
