The texture is like runny mucus - when you squeeze it out and rub it, it's supposed to turn into a lather, but it just stretches out like snot. That's the main disappointment, but it's not a huge issue.
It seems like it doesn't quite suit my scalp and hair - when I check the fallen hairs, I notice the thicker hairs seem to be thinning out a bit. There's also a slight stickiness, like it's not fully rinsing out.

I bought it, but..I'm disappointed that the foam doesn't come out much.

It has no scent and seems quite good..Using it with two pumps, the foam comes out well and it washes nicely.

Since this shampoo is quite watery and doesn't lather well, I thought it would be great to use it in a foam dispenser. Just putting it straight into the foam dispenser and pumping it up makes for a really convenient application.

I have an extremely dry scalp. Even if I don't wash my hair for days, it never gets oily at all. But when I used this supposedly mild acidic shampoo, all the little oil in my hair seemed to have been stripped away. My hair has become damaged, frizzy, and even discolored. Since it's a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, I didn't use a separate conditioner, but I think I'll need one to replenish the lost oils, even though the acidic pH doesn't necessarily require a conditioner. I'd recommend people with severely dry scalps to avoid using this kind of mild acidic shampoo.

To be honest, there are hardly any good points. I think this shampoo just didn't suit me.
