I bought this shampoo in bulk from a home shopping channel and have been using it for over 6 months. For your information, I have a sensitive scalp. My hair is fine, and it seems like I've been losing more hair each year as I get older, so I've been trying various anti-hair loss shampoos. However, this one is the worst of all the ones I've used, and I couldn't find any positive aspects to it, other than it being inexpensive.
Cons
The cleansing power is the lowest among all the shampoos I've tried. It just makes my hair feel stiff and greasy by the afternoon. There were even times when my coworkers asked if I had washed my hair, due to the oily smell on my scalp. As a result, I developed scalp issues like acne and dandruff, and my hair loss also increased, so I immediately stopped using it. I also didn't like the fragrance much - it smelled like a cheap lemon scent.

The volume is generous for the price. It seemed good when washing my hair...

I have seborrheic dermatitis. After using the shampoo, my scalp started itching a few hours later, and even though I didn't scratch it, it became reddish overall... Some severely affected areas even started peeling... It felt good when washing, but there seems to be an issue with the conditioner, and the next day when I washed my hair again, I was shocked to see hair loss, so I had to discontinue using it... It doesn't seem suitable for seborrheic dermatitis...
