The cooling sensation is great...it's good to use in the summer, but I don't use it often unless I really want that cooling feeling. When I feel like using a shampoo with a cooling effect, this one is nice.
Cons
When I use this, my hair becomes dry and brittle, so I always have to use a deep conditioner after, slathering on a ton of Moroccan oil...
