I had to buy an eye makeup remover, so I bought one from the Target store near my house without any expectations. But it's really good. My eyes don't sting at all. I'm not sure how many bottles I've used already. The cleansing power is good and it's not drying (it has some oil content), so I actually liked it even more. I just use this to remove my makeup.

I took off one star because of the benzyl alcohol. But I'll keep using it until I go back to Korea. The container opening is very inconvenient. There's no adjustable dispenser, and the opening is quite large. The seal on the new product is also missing. To be honest, if I were in Korea, I probably wouldn't have bought and used this. There are so many more affordable products on Hwahae with better ingredients that also remove makeup well... But the product itself is good enough to make me lose my one-sided distrust of Neutrogena.

It's a great product. When all the makeup removers were sold out in the US, I went to a local store (I think it was Target) and bought a smaller size. It has great cleansing power, is available worldwide, and has a reasonable price. The cleansing ingredients are all good, so I recommend it.

Maybe because it doesn't have any fragrance, the smell is not great. It has a kind of clay-like smell. There's a strong artificial chemical smell. I'm not sure if it's because I used the smaller size, but when I open the lid, the contents tend to gush out, which has caused some spills.

As you'll find out when you use it, the oil layer separates, so you need to shake it well before use to mix it properly. Be careful with the contents as they tend to pour out easily.
