Used it for 5 days before tossing it in the trash this morning. It's so dry and stiff that even when applying gently, powder falls all over your face. I've tried various pencil eyeliners, but this is a first. Not only is it dry, but it even smudges on my eyes like a panda - and I usually never have issues with eyeliner smudging! When you try to draw a line, it doesn't glide on smoothly and cleanly. Instead, the line is all jagged and uneven... you know what I mean? It's the absolute worst.

Absolutely nothing. This is truly the worst eyeliner I've ever used in my life. It's completely terrible.
