Cons- It takes some time to remove makeup as you have to wait for the makeup remover to be fully absorbed into the cotton pad - Quantity control is a must! Since it's a lotion type, it's easy to use too much and get it in your eyes if you're not careful (I was scared when my vision got blurry and I couldn't see in front of me) - My eyes may be sensitive, but the strong cleansing power seems to irritate them. My eyes feel painful and dry until bedtime... I gave it 3 stars because the ingredients aren't bad, but it's too harsh for my skin. I don't use makeup much, so I'll just use it up and then throw it away🥲 However, if you're not as sensitive as I am, you should be able to use it without any issues! The cleansing power is really amazing and it removes makeup super quickly!🙌
TipI'd recommend using only a small amount at a time, letting it be fully absorbed into the cotton pad!! In my case, it hurt my eyes so much when it got in them ㅠㅠ And anyway, no matter how carefully you remove it, some of it still gets into the mucous membranes, so I'd suggest using a lot of artificial tears! That makes it a bit less painful and irritating.

Cons📝 Irritation The cleansing power is strong, quickly dissolving mascara, but since the skin around my eyes is thin and sensitive, it stings and burns a lot. Especially the skin under my eyes and around my lips feels incredibly irritated. Even when applying skincare products after cleansing, they sting and burn upon contact. 📝 Fragrance It contains fragrance, but there's a faint unpleasant petroleum-like odor at the end. Most of the ingredients are not bad, but the fragrance seems to be added to mask an undesirable oily smell. I personally dislike it. 📝 Texture It's not a cleansing oil that dissolves in water, so I have to do a very thorough second cleanse. It has a greasy, oily feel. 📝 Residue The mascara and eyeliner dissolve quickly, but the oily residue from the remover sticks to the eye area instead of rinsing off cleanly. I have to pump it a few more times to wipe away the dissolved residue.
TipI bought this product based on a YouTuber's strong recommendation. I've used about 1/4 of the bottle, and in short, while the cleansing power is good, I don't want to repurchase this product. 👎🏻 Those sensitive to fragrance, be aware of the slightly unpleasant odor. 👎🏻 Those with very thin, sensitive skin around the eyes should avoid this product! 👍🏻 It's best to apply generously and rinse off quickly to minimize irritation! 👎🏻 Those looking for a truly gentle product should steer clear!!!

It has a lotion-like texture that is hard to find in other products (Cleansing milk!). As I usually wear full makeup, a good makeup remover is essential, and this product removed everything well, including stained tints like Kiss Me.
ConsSince my skin is sensitive, using this product made the area around my eyes extremely irritated. It's especially painful when it gets in the eyes. And while many other makeup removers are liquid-type and get absorbed well into cotton pads, this product doesn't soak into the cotton pads naturally, so it takes time to apply and you need to use a lot of product to avoid irritation. So apart from removing makeup well, I'm not sure about the merits of this product. There are other makeup removers out there that remove makeup just as well without the irritation.
TipYou'll need to be really careful and use it gently, especially around the eyes. ㅠ_ㅠ Make sure to soak the cotton pad well with the product! I'd recommend avoiding this if you have sensitive skin.
