It does a good job covering redness. The absorption was nice. (This is just my personal opinion, so please take it with a grain of salt.) Personally, I didn't like this product. I have oily skin, but the areas where I applied it became too dry. My skin always looked worse on days I used it. Once, I accidentally dropped the concealer wand on my face, and blemishes appeared exactly where the concealer touched. It also got into my eyes by mistake, causing a stye, which was really troublesome. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 13, 2019
1. It's excellent for concealing redness! If you have a lot of red acne marks, this really does a great job of covering them up! Just make sure to control the amount you use. 2. The price is so affordable! It's super cheap even without being on sale. It's a bit drying and I experienced some blemishes after using it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 12, 2019
My skin tone is around 17, but due to redness and pigmentation on my cheeks, pink-based products make my face look even more flushed and dull. I wanted to use a light foundation that matches my neck, but most light foundations have a pink base, creating a mismatch. The best compromise I found was Teint Idole B01, but even with that, my face would darken compared to my neck after a few hours, causing stress. I never considered a green base until I watched Youtrue's YouTube video. It was an epiphany! I immediately bought and tried it, and it was a game-changer! For the first time in ages, my face color stayed similar to my neck color for hours, which made me so happy. However... Even with a very thin application, it's extremely matte and settles into pores. Despite not having dry skin, it emphasized some flakiness and pores due to its matte finish. Still, I was satisfied with how it evened out my skin tone and made it look brighter, unless you looked very closely. But when I got home and removed my makeup (after wearing it for about 10 hours at work), my skin was irritated and blotchy. My skin had been fine lately, but it suddenly felt rough. I slathered on aloe to soothe it. Despite this, I couldn't forget that initial game-changing experience, so I tried it again. But my skin texture definitely became rougher and looked messy... Heartbreaking... I didn't change any other skincare products. After trying it today, I think I'll have to look for a different green base... As Youtrue mentioned in her YouTube video, you really need to apply a very thin layer. Since you'll be applying foundation over it anyway, it's enough to just lightly cover the areas with redness. I used a puff on the first day and a foundation brush on the second day, and both seemed to work well with the product.
