As autumn and winter slowly approach, I wanted to try a dewy, luminous makeup look rather than a matte one, so I purchased this product. It is a satin finish, so I deliberated between this and a glowy product, and tested it at the department store before deciding on this one. Chanel really lives up to its reputation. The luminosity this product gives is on another level compared to other products I've used to achieve a dewy look. Even a small amount makes my skin look like it's glowing from within, and I'm completely satisfied with the formula. Being a department store cosmetic, I didn't have high expectations for the ingredients, but this product has great ingredients and doesn't cause any issues for my sensitive skin (individual results may vary). Whereas a glowy product might give a more intense, shimmery look under lighting, this one provides a subtle, healthy-looking glow that's perfect for a natural makeup look, which is my preference. The outer packaging is also very pretty, and it's convenient to carry around, so I think I'll continue using this product.

Being a Chanel product, it is a bit pricey for the amount, but I don't regret the purchase.

The Chanel logo and packaging are beautiful. When applied to the face, it gives a radiant glow.
Cons
I'm not sure if it's because of the wax ingredients, but when I apply it to my face, it becomes red and itchy... When I apply makeup and then dab it on top, the makeup also smears.
Tip
Only use it for dry skin.
