Pros
Even though my skin is normally sensitive and oily, during the fall and winter my cheeks would get dry, making it tricky to use skin lotion. This product, however, doesn't cause any trouble. I was a bit concerned after checking the ingredients on Hwahae, as there were some that weren't good for my skin type, but I haven't had any breakouts or excessive oil production. The smaller blemishes seem to clear up quickly, and the bigger ones improve after a few days. Pros
This is a life-changing toner! While it's used in the toner step, it feels like an all-in-one product with toner, emulsion, and serum. I can feel a deep, moisturizing sensation that seems to fill my skin from within. I have dry and sensitive skin, and I often get blemishes on my chin and forehead depending on my condition, but using this product makes my skin feel so comfortable. I hardly get any blemishes now, except maybe one or two before my period, and I'm just so happy about it!
Cons
It's a bit disappointing that it's not a pump type. The pump type seems a bit more hygienic. And I wish the volume was a bit larger.

As I've aged, my skin type has transitioned from combination to dry. This product works well for me during the summer, spring, and fall seasons without causing any breakouts. Even though my skin tends to feel tight, it doesn't feel that way when I use this product, especially during the transitional weather periods. The fragrance is quite mild, but a slightly subtle scent would be nice as well.
Cons
While the name suggests it's highly moisturizing, I find it to be a bit drying for winter use. Mixing it with a richer, nighttime product might help improve the situation. When I tested it on the back of my hand at the store, it didn't feel as sticky, but once applied to my face, it does have a fairly tacky feel, which is understandable given its high-moisture formulation. Pros
After using up my usual Hadahabu skin, I was hesitant, but then an Olive Young staff member recommended this product to me! Even though I have severely dry skin with almost no oiliness, when I apply it in layers with about 3 coats, the makeup I do in the morning lasts until the afternoon. It also smooths out my skin expression nicely, and since I'm not particularly sensitive, no troubles have come up. It's the type that fills you up inside rather than leaving surface moisture, so it feels plump and nice after application. I've used up a whole bottle and now I'm going to go buy a new one!
Cons
There wasn't really anything disappointing or that I wished was improved. It's good for dry-skinned people, but I don't recommend it for oily skin types as it may cause oiliness to come up!
Tip
Basically, it's best to apply it not just once, but around 3 times. The triple-layered skin routine is the best!
