piciberry Berry Balm [04 Vivid Red]

First, it has good color payoff even with a small amount!! I also think the application is good, so I'm using it well as a lip product with a brush. However, compared to other colors in the same line, the vivid red shade is quite bright, so I'm using the vivid red color mainly as a lip product!! When applied on the cheeks, it gives more of a reddish-purple? feel rather than a pure red, and it's pretty, but it's a bit too bright to use as an everyday blush!! It's perfect when I want to add a little extra oomph to my cheeks today!! Just a tiny bit applied gives a nice flushed~~ red look!! And even though I can't usually apply matte lipsticks well, this one applies smoothly and has a soft, powdery finish like a matte lipstick. However, it lacks moisture in the lips, so it's difficult to apply just with my fingers, so I apply it after using a lip balm!! The small design is great for carrying around in a pouch or bag, and when used as a lip product, the color is not too different from the famous red lip shades:) Personally, I think they're quite similar!!

To be honest, there are more shortcomings. First, it's inconvenient. Since it's a tube type, it's fine to use it while holding it on your lips and adjusting it leisurely while looking in the mirror, but it requires delicacy to apply it quickly while on the go, so it's a bit difficult.. As for the amount control, if you squeeze it onto the back of your hand and use it, it's always left over (since the color is highly pigmented, a small amount is enough, so there's always some left over even if you use a little). And the product itself gets smeared a bit when you apply it from the opening. I wish the opening was like an ointment-type design with a narrow opening, rather than a paint-like design for the opening and the overall design. And the opening gets distorted ㅠㅠㅠ I just kept it with the lid closed in my pocket, and when I opened it later, it was smeared as in the photo ㅠㅠㅠㅠ It seems like even a little pressure can be a problem ㅠㅠㅠ And the staying power on the lips is not good ㅠㅠㅠ It stays well on the cheeks!! But this product line seems to be better suited for using on the cheeks rather than the lips:) Personally, I have all 6 colors of the new Berrybam shades, and the Vivid Red is the least used. The reason is that it's just a common red color, and the other colors are prettier, so I only use that color;) And the pigmentation is so good that it's hard to apply ㅠㅠㅠㅠ The pigmentation is really the best!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Using a makeup sponge to dab on the product is better than using a brush, as it doesn't create any lines. You should also apply a small amount of the protective base for a smooth application. :)
