Pros
This product contains a great combination of ingredients like centella, shea butter, glycerin, and urea that are very beneficial for severely dry skin. I have been using it as a hand cream for years, and I also apply it to my calves, except during the summer. When I apply it generously and wear nitrile gloves for about an hour, my skin becomes incredibly soft and supple. The size is not very portable, so I only use it at home. The tube design is great because I can cut it open to use up the remaining product. Considering the ingredients and the effects, the cost-effectiveness is also quite good. Definitely a great product from Sidmool!
Cons
It may cause breakouts on areas that are not extremely dry. It is quite oily and rich, so it can feel heavy and does not absorb very quickly.

I bought it because I thought it might help as my legs were quite dry and I had keratosis pilaris. I didn't really see any effects, but it seemed to moisturize well.

Pros
I bought the Atrolotion and felt like the moisture might be lacking, so I tried it out. Since it's a cream, it feels a bit thick and stuffy. The absorption is also a bit slower, but the Atrolotion feels almost like an aloe vera gel, so this one has a stronger moisturizing sensation! The packaging is a bit disappointing, but I'm happy that it contains my favorite centella ingredient.
Cons
The packaging is the most disappointing part. The lid is hard to open and slippery, so it's difficult to open sometimes. I think a pump would have been better. I ended up transferring the product from the Atrolotion bottle to use this one. If you don't like stickiness or a stuffy feeling, I wouldn't recommend this. Since it's a cream, not a lotion, it feels a bit thick and the absorption is a bit slow. That's why I felt stuffy using it as well.

I had to use moisturizers because of my atopic dermatitis, but the Physiogel AI I was using dried out quickly, so I looked for another cream and bought this one. I heard that centella is good for atopic dermatitis, so I used it with some skepticism, but after a few days, I realized it really is highly moisturizing. Before bed, when I applied the cream, I used to wake up at night because of dryness, but with this, I don't experience any dryness at all and the moisturizing effect is great. I really recommend this to anyone suffering from atopic dermatitis! Just avoid using it on weeping areas.

Pros
This product seems to provide good skin protection for the dry winter season. There's no real need to apply anything else on top. The price is relatively affordable compared to other products. It has a faint nutty coconut scent, but it dissipates quickly. I personally enjoy the coconut fragrance. ㅡㅡㅡㅡ It seems the product has been reformulated, as the coconut scent is now gone and it has a dull, almost unscented smell. I don't like it at all. And it seems to be over-nourishing for both my body and face - it's making me oily and causing blemishes. Mixing it with aloe vera gel helps, but I likely won't be repurchasing this going forward.

I've mainly been using this as a body lotion. It doesn't spread out evenly. The initial application only absorbs in the areas I first applied it, and I have to rub it in several times for the white cast to disappear. So it ends up being used up more quickly than expected. However, I don't feel like the amount is too little. From the few times I've used it on my face, it does form an oil barrier to prevent dryness, but it doesn't leave my skin feeling deeply moisturized. I have to use another product to supplement it. On the body, it's fine. With consistent use, my skin becomes softer. Overall, it's on the oily side, but it does a good job of preventing dryness. It's great for my hands too! Better than most regular hand creams. Personally, the Innisfree hand cream didn't work for my dry, cracked hands, but this one absorbs in nicely.
