It was pretty decent overall~ I found it great for smoothing out my skin texture when I had dead skin cells. There's a slight cooling effect too, so when I soaked a cotton pad and placed it on my face, it felt like my skin temperature dropped instantly. Even though it's an exfoliating toner, I liked that it was also hydrating.
Cons
I didn't particularly feel like it was amazing at removing dead skin cells. Also, Innisfree sells special cotton pads specifically for this Green Barley Peeling Toner, but they're too thick and not great...
