It's smooth, has good slip, and the volume is generous. While it's good that it's not oily on my oily skin and doesn't cause breakouts, the greasiness doesn't really go away even after application.
Cons
I have oily skin, and even though I applied this, the greasiness just kept coming back. The oil still rises up after application. :(

The product has a smooth application and the best part is that when I cleanse my face and wipe it with this toner, the makeup does not leave a yellowish residue. They say the end of cleansing is the toner, and this toner fulfills that duty well.
