I was worried this BB cream might darken my skin, but when applied thinly, it doesn't! It's not greasy, doesn't transfer much, and I loved using it in winter! No need for foundation or powder - this one product does it all! It dries incredibly fast, so you need to apply it quickly or you won't be able to spread it. If you use too much, it can leave fingerprints on your skin. For a more natural look with less transfer, try applying a small amount in a thin layer. - an*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJul 4, 2024
Despite its water-based formula, it adheres perfectly to the skin upon application. It's also sweat-resistant, making it ideal for summer use. The shade is a bit dark. Those with dry skin might find it somewhat dehydrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 28, 2021
Similar feel to Anessa gold, but slightly more matte. It sets quickly on the skin, locking in place. Great coverage that effectively conceals redness around the nose. The shade leans red. If you have redness-prone skin, this might make your face look flushed. The color is quite dark, making it challenging for those with lighter complexions (shade 21) to use. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2020
With the pandemic, I needed a product that adheres well and doesn't leave marks - this is perfect! The texture is lightweight, and the staying power is absolutely amazing. It sets quickly, so you need to apply it swiftly. It might feel a bit drying for some. Just use the sponge tip to quickly apply, and your skin makeup is done in a flash! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 29, 2019
I attended a beauty class where the makeup artist highly recommended this sunscreen for oily skin types during summer. I gave it a try, and I'd suggest it to anyone who wants a light, natural makeup look in the summer, especially if you have good skin! (I'll explain why in the 'cons' section) The artist advised using this alone for a natural makeup look, but it couldn't completely address issues like visible pores or dry patches around the nose. Adding foundation on top made the makeup feel too heavy. It seems best suited for light, standalone use. However, I've just noticed the ingredients aren't great, and considering the small amount you get, it's quite pricey. Unfortunately, I won't be repurchasing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 10, 2019
Natural skin-like finish, perfect for light coverage when going out for activities like Pilates. I bought it after hearing a celebrity's review praising its natural look. It's not as heavy as a concealer or BB cream, and doesn't have that grayish tint. It's a bit darker than my usual shade though - I typically use #23, but this feels more like #24-25. The best part is how quickly it blends in, looking like my own skin almost immediately for a natural appearance. You might feel some dryness. While it's suitable for summer and claims to be hydrating, I still felt tightness around my cheekbones and eyes. It doesn't cause acne, but my skin became itchy and blotchy in various areas. These issues disappear when I stop using it. I've been using it for about two weeks, applying a cica cream in the evening to soothe my skin. It stays put if I touch up with other products, but if I skip the midday touch-up, it fades away. I wonder why my face gets blotchy - is it lack of hydration or an ingredient that doesn't agree with me? Sigh. It's different from other popular BB creams; it feels more like a foundation. You must shake it well before use, otherwise the oil separates and comes out first. While it seemed promising for summer with its matte finish, I'm disappointed. I also use Shiseido gel sunscreen, and it's better to apply the sunscreen first, then the BB cream for smoother application. Use a small amount for good coverage and apply thinly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMay 6, 2019
The coverage and corrective power are almost on par with a concealer. It covers most blemishes and scars effectively. Usually, I need to use concealer even after applying foundation or cushion, but with this, I'm all set. After coming home from being out, there's no sign of breakdown. It applies a bit thick and tends to settle into the under-eye area and around the nose. I think this might be because I have a skin type that doesn't produce much oil. I believe gently patting it on with a cut sponge should solve the issue.
