When you just use matte eyeshadows, it can feel a bit plain and unsatisfying, but if you dab it on your eyelids, the makeup completeness goes up. I've been longing for the Babi's Lux eyeshadow in Moonstone for a long time... The first impression of the luxurious exterior is followed by the dazzling glitter embedded in the pale apricot powder when you open the container. When swatched, it gives a clear glow, and works well with both cool and warm eyeshadow tones. Just adding the Moonstone on top elevates the entire eye makeup look to a premium level... It's like sprinkling some magic powder. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to add sophistication to their eye makeup or is on the fence about buying it... The base color is quite light, so it's not overly metallic but has a translucent, radiant finish, which I personally find less burdensome. The glitter particles are also larger than expected, giving it a noticeable presence and a nice texture.
Cons
If I had to point out any downsides, it would be the exorbitant price and the fact that the product can kick up a bit when applied with a brush... Other than that, as I mentioned before, the base color is almost non-existent, so using this product alone to complete the eye makeup look can be challenging.
