ProsIsn't it more annoying to remove makeup than to apply it? I can't be the only one who feels this way! I absolutely adore cleansing balms, mainly because of that satisfying feeling when you're rolling it on and the makeup just melts away. Am I alone in loving this?
I recently tried a new cleansing balm, and wow, the Calming Cleanse Balm is something else! It goes through a three-stage texture change - it's like you're using a cleansing balm one moment, and suddenly you're using a peeling gel the next. It's truly fascinating!
Now, let me tell you about its biggest advantage! Not only does it remove makeup effectively, but it also takes care of accumulated dead skin cells and impurities.
The texture transforms in 3 steps: creamy balm > milky oil > gommage. It starts by melting like sorbet, then turns into an oil that dissolves makeup, and finally, the gommage appears to exfoliate your skin!
It removes makeup thoroughly and exfoliates in one go, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth. It's less drying too, which is why I'm absolutely loving it!
ConsYou need to be careful not to get the gommage in your eyes!
TipHow to use properly:
1. Take an appropriate amount and apply it to your skin. Gently massage it all over your face, except around the eyes and mouth, until it melts into an oil and the gommage appears.
2. Add a little water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
