I initially purchased this product because I heard it was effective for hair loss. Hair loss requires consistent use for at least 3 to 6 months, so I plan to continue using it and leave a review. In addition, the scent is pleasant and gentle. My scalp and entire body are sensitive, and I usually notice irritation when using chemically-laden products, but this one does not cause any discomfort or itchiness, so I am generally satisfied with it so far.
Cons
Since it contains gentle ingredients (which is the case for most natural product lines), the cleansing power is not particularly strong. It seems to work much better if you rinse thoroughly and do a pre-wash before using it.

The scent is so lovely! It's not an artificial smell, but a natural fragrance, which I really enjoyed. Even though my scalp is sensitive, I don't feel any irritation after shampooing and it leaves a comfortable feeling! The pump dispenser that comes with it is also very convenient to use.
Cons
Since I have a lot of hair, the single size option runs out quickly. I think it would be great if they released a larger volume option as well.
