I couldn't use the organic sunscreen because it stung my eyes.
So I started looking for mineral sunscreens, but most of them are so powdery, dry, and sometimes even feel like they're tearing my cheeks.
The ones that claim to be moisturizing are okay when you first apply them, but over time they start to feel tight and eventually become irritating. So I didn't even dare to reapply, and just ended up washing it off quickly.
That's why I used to apply the organic sunscreen thinly, avoiding the eye area.
I was skeptical about this product too after reading the reviews saying it's moisturizing, but I ordered it anyway, thinking my husband might like it.
It's definitely more oily than other products, which is a good thing. The dryness is much less noticeable.
I have to reapply it 3-4 times a day, but of course, it's the dry season and I have extremely dry skin. If I neglect my skincare routine, my skin does start to feel dry again in the afternoon. But as long as I have a solid skincare base, I can reapply this throughout the day without it feeling tight or uncomfortable.
Of course, I have extremely dry skin, so people with normal skin probably don't have to worry about dryness with this.
