I love how it absorbs well without feeling sticky, leaving my skin feeling hydrated.
ConsPrice: It's quite expensive - 110,000 won at the spa and around 70,000 won online. Both price points are on the higher end. Expiration date: The product I bought 3 months ago expires in June 2021. The new one I just purchased also expires in June 2021. Interestingly, I found a blog post from 2017 promoting the same product with the same June 2021 expiration date... I'm wondering if all the products currently on the market have the same expiration date since a renewal? While I haven't had any issues using it, it just leaves me feeling a bit uneasy.

It's apparently a renewed version of an existing product, but I can't compare since I haven't used the original (I heard the original had traces of steroids detected...). Texture and application: It has a light, fluid emulsion texture that's soft and easy to spread. It absorbs well into the skin with excellent absorption. There's no residue left on the skin, it sinks in quickly leaving a fresh feeling. Ingredients: I've uploaded a photo of the full ingredient list from the back of the product as it's not yet registered on Hwahae. ❣Aloe Vera Leaf Juice: Quick soothing effect, hydration, antibacterial properties, and reduces heat sensation due to its amino acids and mucopolysaccharides content. ❣Oat Kernel Extract: Improves skin protection, calming, and elasticity. ❣Centella Asiatica Extract: Rapid regeneration, skin protection, soothing. ❣Chamomile Flower Extract: Prevents moisture evaporation, anti-inflammatory, soothing. It contains ingredients that help with skin soothing and regeneration. User experience: True to its name as an S.O.S essence, it's effective in calming irritated, reddened skin. I have skin prone to flushing, where my face sometimes feels hot and turns red, and this helps a lot in soothing it. It also works well to calm the skin after squeezing a pimple. However, it didn't have any dramatic effects like making pimples or closed comedones disappear completely.
ConsI noticed it contains PEG-100 and Dimethicone. Aren't these harmful ingredients? It was quite expensive. I remember it being around 90,000 won.
TipIt seems to work better when you apply a small amount and let it absorb, rather than applying a thick layer. When your skin feels hot, using this after a modeling mask really helps to calm it down.
