I loved that this sunscreen wasn't like the mineral sunscreens I've used before, which tend to leave a white cast and feel dry on the skin. This one's different! First off, the texture is quite fluid! It applies lightly and absorbs well. It moisturizes without feeling sticky, so my makeup stayed put longer without breaking down. The best part? There's minimal white cast, so on days when I don't feel like wearing makeup, I can just apply this for a nice brightening effect!
ConsIf I had to point out a downside, the texture might be a bit too runny. Sometimes when I open the cap, the sunscreen comes gushing out. I always apply sunscreen to my neck, but occasionally it made the hair at the nape of my neck feel a bit stiff and tangled.
TipYou'll want to be careful when opening the cap!

Since my skin tends to get oily in the afternoon, I think this would be great for those with oily skin types.
ConsThe liquid consistency is thinner than cream or lotion types, so I was surprised when it spilled onto the floor and my phone as soon as I opened the cap. This might be due to the wider opening of the container compared to other liquid products. While using this, I kept getting blemishes. I developed 3-4 large pimples on my cheeks, but I'm not sure if it's due to this product or recent air pollution. I'll stop using it today to see if it's a temporary reaction.
TipWhile it finishes with a fresh feel, I noticed some deep dryness in the afternoon, especially in this dry weather. It might work better if you layer a hydrating product underneath! The white cast is unavoidable due to the ingredients, so when applying makeup, it's best to use a thin layer of foundation for a more natural look.

As someone with darker skin, most sunscreens leave a grayish cast, but this one gives a natural fair-skinned look. The texture is wonderfully hydrating. There's zero stickiness, which is perfect for those who dislike thick or tacky sunscreens. It goes on moisturizing and dries to a soft, powdery finish. It's gentle on sensitive skin and doesn't cause blemishes. While results may vary, as someone with a history of atopic dermatitis, acne-prone and extremely sensitive skin that reacts to some sunscreens, I didn't experience any breakouts. I'm planning to purchase this with my own money once I finish the Hwahae Testers sample.
ConsThe price is a bit disappointing for me. After receiving it as a Hwahae Tester, I looked up the cost and found it a bit steep for students. However, it seems reasonably priced for adults. The formula is very watery. While this contributes to its pleasant feel on the skin, it can be tricky to dispense. Even a gentle squeeze can release too much product, so you need to be extra careful when applying. It's slightly disappointing that exfoliation is absolutely necessary before use. Without it, the product tends to pill. After exfoliating, it applied smoothly for about 9 days without any issues.
TipExfoliation tip: Use a peeling gel or pad once every 1-2 weeks before applying any sunscreen. This helps the product go on more smoothly and evenly. Don't forget your neck! Since this is a brightening sunscreen, there can be a noticeable color difference if you only apply it to your face. I recommend extending application to your neck for a more uniform look.

Thanks to this, it applies lightly without feeling sticky. ● Packaging As you can see, it's in a tube form, making it easy to control the amount and hygienic to use. ● White cast? Brightening effect? If you apply it like a regular sunscreen, it might appear slightly white at first, but any white cast quickly disappears. It actually gives a radiant finish similar to a brightening moisturizer. ● Ingredients The ingredients seem to be good as I didn't experience any blemishes even on first use. ● Scent The fragrance is mild enough for even those sensitive to scents. It's hard to pinpoint a specific scent, but it's clean and doesn't cause headaches. ● Quantity While it may vary, the amount lasted me about 2-3 months, which I found suitable. ● Feel on skin It has a powdery finish that might be great for those with oily skin? It's not completely matte, but it's also not sticky at all.
Cons● Dryness At first it was fine, but as the afternoon approached, it felt dry. It's like having surface oil with deep dryness... <Results after applying sunscreen and cushion foundation> Even though my cushion isn't particularly matte, it emphasized dead skin cells that usually don't show up 😢 -Not recommended for dry skin- ● Absorption It seems to absorb quite slowly. When first applied, it feels a bit like a coating, and it takes some time to absorb to a powdery finish. ● Price As a student, I find it a bit expensive, and I'm not sure if it's worth the price for what it offers.

I loved how it brightened my complexion much more naturally compared to my previous brightening moisturizer with SPF! While other brightening sunscreens tend to blend in with your skin tone over time, this one instantly illuminates your face! There's no stickiness or greasiness after application!
ConsInitially, I felt the product was smaller than expected. Reading the instructions, it said to shake before use. Though it's not a big deal, I found it a bit inconvenient. When shaken, you can hear the liquid sloshing around, indicating how thin the formula is. Given it's in a tube, it's essential to control the amount you squeeze out!
TipI recommend using this lightly during summer or when going out bare-faced!

Hydrating formula From the moment you squeeze it out, you can see the sunscreen has a water-like consistency. While it was initially tricky to control the amount due to its fluid texture, I got the hang of it after using it regularly. As someone with oily skin, I found this moisturizing sunscreen didn't make my skin feel tight, and it had more of a hydrating feel rather than an oily one. I could apply makeup 1-2 minutes after using it without any pilling. It also felt less sticky. 2. White cast There was a slight white cast when I didn't spread it well or used too much. However, if you apply the right amount, the white cast is barely noticeable. Plus, any residual white cast disappears quickly after 1-2 minutes, so it's not really a concern. 3. Scent The scent is just slightly tangy and not unpleasant at all. 4. Blemishes I have sensitive skin that usually breaks out in hives when I apply products, taking a couple of hours to calm down. However, this sunscreen, whether because it suits me well or is gentle, didn't cause any hives on my face.
Cons1. Price The container seems small for the price of 38,000 won. The price point might be too high for students, who might opt for a less effective but cheaper sunscreen. 2. Dryness While it's suitable for my oily skin, my friend with dry skin didn't find it as easy to apply. I didn't notice because I apply makeup right after sunscreen, but my friend said her skin became extremely dry after a while and even turned red due to the dryness. I highly recommend this for those with oily skin, but those with dry skin might want to avoid it.
Tip1. For dry skin - Apply a hydrating moisturizer first, then pat this sunscreen on gently instead of rubbing it in. This should help reduce the drying effect. 2. For oily skin - Even for oily skin, patting the product in rather than rubbing it will lead to faster absorption and quicker fading of any white cast.
