While many people use a lot of blue, I purchased the Double Shield Sun Stick because it protects the skin from strong sunlight! The blue sun stick does not wash off in water, but the Double Shield Sun Stick has a slightly more powdery finish and a lighter application. It's great for light use in the summer! It doesn't feel sticky, leave residue, or feel stuffy. I'm quite sensitive to scents, but the product's fragrance itself wasn't bad either.
Cons
After using the sun stick, there is some slippage when applying makeup..! And since the sun stick covers a wide area, it can be uncomfortable to apply on the sides of the nose or the bridge. I've been using AHC sunsticks for several years now and it feels like I've tried almost all of their products. There's no residue and it applies lightly and comfortably on my face. I really like it because when I apply sunscreen, my eyes usually get really irritated, but this product doesn't cause that at all. The shape is also perfect for applying on the contours of my face, like my cheeks and forehead, so it's easy to use. I even applied it on my body when I went surfing!
Cons

Very lightweight feel. Seems optimized for summer, with almost no oiliness. Applies smoothly and feels light when applied after skincare, as if not wearing anything.

The amount is very small, and when applying foundation or other base makeup on top, it slightly emphasizes pores. Maybe because it feels like a coating on the skin.
