I can't think of any downsides while using this product. Even compared to other brands, it was pleasantly thick and hydrating.

I loved the thick texture and subtle fragrance! It kept my skin hydrated, unlike other products that quickly evaporate. This one maintained its moisture nicely.

My baby hasn't had any diaper rash, and I think I'll stick with these for the long haul.
